Mezcal Dangerous Don Espadin (70cl)

Mezcal Dangerous Don Espadin is made with Espadín agave matured for 8-12 years. It is distilled by hand in small batches in copper stills, with the agave hearts cooked slowly in underground pits lined with volcanic stone. The nose shows cooked agave, light smoke and citrus. The palate balances sweet agave with smoky notes and mineral character, ending in a long, slightly spicy finish. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
