A mezcal from Del Maguey, produced in San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico, from agave cooked slowly in underground rock-covered ovens. It is fermented naturally with wild yeasts and distilled in small copper stills.
Crystal clear, with roasted agave, honey, vanilla and tropical fruit on the nose alongside a light smoky accent. The palate ranges from cooked agave sweetness to ginger, cinnamon and clove, with a soft texture and smoky finish.
