Each batch is a small selection of barrels at a set age and proof. This one spent seven years in new charred American oak and has a rich amber colour.
The nose is caramel, vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is rich and balanced, with brown sugar, dried fruit, warm spice and oak, and the finish is medium-long and warm.
