Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried is a single malt drawn from a single Pedro Ximenez cask, so there is no blending. It aims to recall the great malts of the Victorian era, pairing roundness and power with a fresh note from the barley. Its dark amber colour carries purple glints. The nose offers sherry, flowers, vanilla and stewed fruit. The palate is rich, silky, very sweet, powerful and long, with a grassy freshness from the barley.
