Michel Couvreur Fleeting (50cl)

Fleeting is a single malt from Michel Couvreur, in a 50cl bottle. The whisky was matured for 10 years, then moved into reused Port barrels for a further five years. Michel Couvreur has been working with whisky in Burgundy since 1978. The house selects malt whiskies from Scotland and ages them in its own barrel cellars. In Fleeting, the time in Port wood gives the malt subtle echoes of Port.
