Michel Couvreur Le Rhum is an agricole rum from the Maison Michel Couvreur, founded in 1978 in Burgundy, France. It is distilled in copper stills and aged in oak casks in the house's cellars. The nose shows caramel, vanilla, exotic spices, tropical fruit and precious wood. The palate is velvety, with melted caramel, aged wood and candied fruit. The finish is warm and lasting, with sweet and spicy flavours.
