A blended malt from Michel Couvreur, bottled at 45% ABV. It is a vatting of three single malts, each aged for more than 12 years, and it has a light touch of peat.
The three malts come from different distilleries and were matured in sherry casks: Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso and Amontillado. One is mature and concentrated from Oloroso casks, one is younger, briny and peaty, and one is fine and subtle.
The colour is amber with ruby highlights. The aromas are Jerez wine, leather, fine tobacco and orchard wood.
