This is a 10 year old Kentucky straight rye from Michter's, drawn from single barrels and released in 2026. It is bottled at 46.4% ABV (92.8 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskey is aged in fire-charred new American white oak. Michter's describes its style as a Kentucky-style rye, with more corn and malted barley in the mashbill than many American ryes.
The nose combines vanilla, toffee, toasted almond, oak and soft baking spice. The palate has cinnamon, caramel sweetness, rye spice, crushed pepper, citrus peel and mature oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and vanilla.
