Michter's 20 Year Old is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon made from American corn and aged for 20 years in a hand selected charred white oak barrel. It is then mellowed by Michter's signature filtration.
Michter's regards 17 to 20 years as the point at which certain barrels can reach an extraordinary level of quality. Master Distiller Pam Heilmann personally selects the barrels for this bottling.
