Michter's 25 Year Old Bourbon is a Kentucky-distilled small batch bourbon from the 2017 release, bottled at 116.2 proof (58.1%). It was made from a select mashbill and matured for more than a quarter of a century in new, charred American white oak barrels.
On the palate it is described as complex, with a good mouthfeel. Molasses, holiday spice, chocolate, smoke-roasted nuts, dried fruit, melted butter and vanilla stand out.
