The nose is caramel, honey, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice and dried fruit. The palate is smooth, with brown sugar, vanilla, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, light fruit and a warm sour mash character. The finish is medium to long, with oak, spice and caramel sweetness.
