Michter's Toasted Barrel Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon, released as a limited edition and bottled at 45.7% in a 70cl bottle.
It starts with Michter's standard bourbon, which is then given extra maturation in a barrel that was air-dried for 18 months and then toasted.
The nose is of vanilla. The palate shows cinnamon, oak spice, vanilla, pear and other fruit.
