Michter's – US*1 Barrel Strength Sour Mash Whiskey (75cl)

Michter's US*1 Barrel Strength Sour Mash is a small-batch American whiskey in a 75cl bottle, from the 2026 release. It is neither bourbon nor rye: its grain selection sits between the two, and it is distilled to the specifications of Master Distiller Dan McKee. It is matured in toasted, fire-charred new American white oak until Michter's tasting panel judges it ready, then bottled at barrel strength, between 110.4 and 112.6 proof. It opens with a sweet aroma, then moves through cherries, plums and powdered cocoa to balanced spice and a dessert-like honey note.
