Michter's describes its bottlings as small batch in the true sense, with rarely more than 20 casks of this bourbon produced at a time.
The nose is discreet, with wood and corn. Corn is clearer on the palate, alongside honey and vanilla. The finish has delicate pepper and oak, slightly warm and with a good acid balance.
