Miclo Liqueur de Violette (50cl)

This is a violet liqueur from the Miclo distillery, in a 50cl bottle. Violet flowers chosen for their aromatic intensity are macerated to draw out their floral character, then blended with alcohol and sugar to give a smooth, balanced texture that keeps the delicacy of the perfume. On the palate it is clearly floral, with a light sweetness and a round texture, and it finishes on a lasting note of violet with a fresh feel in the mouth. It can be served well chilled or over ice, as an aperitif or digestif, or mixed with sparkling wine or tonic.
