This is an Alsace single malt from Miclo, matured in Sauternes casks. It is amber in colour and comes in a 70cl bottle, with a 20cl size also made.
The nose brings almonds and cereal notes. On the palate the notes are of meringue and coffee, leading to a fresh, invigorating finish with a touch of bitterness at the end.
