Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy 2023 is an Irish single pot still whisky bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in seasoned and unseasoned American bourbon casks and bottled in 2023, without added colour or chill-filtration.
The release is a tribute to Barry Crockett, who grew up in the Distiller's Cottage at Midleton and learned the craft from his father, Max Crockett, then the Master Distiller. Barry Crockett took on that role himself in 1981.
