Midleton – Barry Crockett Legacy

Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Co. Cork. It is named after Barry Crockett, the second generation Midleton Master Distiller, and was the first Irish Distillers product to carry a Master Distiller's name since John Jameson. It is a selection of pot still whiskeys matured only in American bourbon barrels, with a small contribution from pot still distillate matured in an unseasoned American barrel. The whiskey has a golden colour and a fresh apple nose. On the palate, apple and ripe pear mix with butterscotch and a touch of banana, leading to a long finish.
