Midleton Very Rare 2022 is an Irish blended whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This release was overseen by Master Distiller Kevin O'Gorman.
It combines single pot still and single grain whiskey, aged in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak casks.
The blend takes its name from the Midleton distillery, which opened in 1975. It was first produced by Jameson's Master Distiller Barry Crockett and has been released annually in very limited quantities since 1984.
