Midleton Very Rare 2024 is an Irish blended whisky from Midleton, issued as the 2024 Vintage Release. It was matured in first-fill and refill ex-American oak casks and is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colouring and no chill-filtering.
Vanilla, floral notes and orchard fruit mark the nose, with ripe apple and pear, cinnamon, clove, hay, toffee and heather honey. On the palate, peach and nectarine lead, followed by crème brûlée, toffee apple and chocolate-covered honeycomb, with pot still spice beneath. The finish carries fruit and oak gently to the end.
