Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Kilranelagh Wood (70cl, 56.8%)

Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Kilranelagh Wood is a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at cask strength, 113.6 Proof (56.8% ABV), and not chill filtered. Six Irish oak trees from the Kilranelagh Estate were selected for this release and made into casks. These were filled with single pot still whiskeys between fifteen and twenty-eight years old, previously matured in American oak barrels. The finish is in virgin native Irish oak hogsheads, and the bottle belongs to the Virgin Irish Oak Collection.
