Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest Tree No 2 is a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, part of the first batch in the Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest range from Midleton. It was matured first in American oak Bourbon barrels, then finished in virgin native Irish oak hogsheads grown on the Knockrath Estate. Each cask can be traced back to one of six individual oak trees, each around 130 years old. This bottle comes from tree 2.
