Milam & Greene Unabridged Bourbon Whiskey Volume 2 (75cl, 58.8%)

Milam & Greene Unabridged Volume 2 is a cask-strength blend of straight bourbon whiskies from Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas, bottled at 58.8% ABV. It is the second volume in Master Blender Heather Greene's Unabridged series. It brings together 56 barrels, ranging from 2 to 16 years old, and the age and origin of every barrel is printed on the label. The release is part of the autumn 2023 Blender's Reserve Collection, with 800 cases made. The distillery notes dark cherry, fig, sweet almond, menthol and leather on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and viscous, with dark cherry cola, brown sugar, sweet black tea, marzipan and oak, and the finish is round and oily, with fresh bread, liquorice and citrus oil.
