A straight bourbon from Milam & Greene, bottled at 54% ABV.
Heather Greene and her team blend their own Kentucky straight bourbon, made with a mash bill that includes malted rye, with Tennessee straight bourbon. The whiskey is then finished in sundried, house-charred French oak.
The finish adds marshmallow, dark fruits and baking spice, and the whiskey has a full-textured mouthfeel. It can be sipped neat, or with a little water if preferred.
