A young single malt from Milk & Honey, the first whisky distillery of its kind in Israel, based in Tel Aviv. This 2018 Triple Cask release is bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. The distillery took its inspiration from Israel's craft beer scene, which grew popular in the early 2000s, and its first spirit was distilled in 2015. The climate in which the whisky is distilled and casked is said to give the younger whiskies a deep, rich flavour.
