Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask Israeli Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

This is an Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey, matured in ex-red wine casks and part of the Elements trilogy. The casks came from Israeli wineries. The Mediterranean climate and varied soils give the local wine a spicy character, which in turn shapes the casks. The result is a floral single malt with notes of raisins. The nose brings red dried fruits, ginger, oak and a delicate coconut note over a gentle mineral background. The palate is light-bodied, with wine flavours, subtle oak and vanilla, and soft floral blossom. The finish is medium, with dried fruits, wine and a touch of dark raisins.
