This is a 35 year old Millburn single malt from the Rare Malts Selection, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled at natural strength.
Millburn was established in Inverness in 1807 and worked with just one wash still and one spirit still, which made it a notably small distillery.
The whisky shows the hallmarks of an old style: herbaceous character, tropical fruit notes and a spicy edge.
