This is an 11 year old Millstone single malt from the Netherlands, distilled in 2014 and bottled by Decadent Drinks at natural cask strength, 51.1% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a first fill ex-bodega Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead sourced directly from Zuidam Distillery, and 320 bottles were produced.
Tasting notes point to layers of dark fruits and gentle sweetness, with aged balsamic and polished oak, and no excessive tannin.
