A Dutch single malt from the Zuidam distillery, Windmill Collection No 2, made without peat. It was distilled in July 2018, matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry butt and bottled at cask strength, 56.2% ABV, in November 2024. The edition was inspired by the windmill and by one of the best-known artists from the Netherlands.
The outturn is 757 bottles of 70cl. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
It is described as full-bodied, with peach and plum, creamy vanilla, sweet raisins and fine herbal notes.
