The nose brings chocolate, orange marmalade, stewed raisins and baked apple, with fresh-cut grass. The palate is sweet and spicy, with butter candies, roasted hazelnut, orange zest, cinnamon and pepper, turning to plum and fig jam. The finish is long, with chocolate, stewed fruit and winter spices.
