Mimi Rosé Vieilles Vignes Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

Mimi Rosé is a pale pink Provence rosé from Les Vins Bréban, a family firm founded in 1952 and now run by the third generation. It is made from Grenache and Cinsault with a little Syrah, which rounds out the fruit of the other two. The grapes are grown along the Mediterranean coast, from the Sainte-Victoire range in the west to the Haute Provence Alps in the east. The nose carries spring flowers and citrus. On the palate there are floral notes with crushed strawberry, lemon and watermelon, and a pleasant, lasting finish.
