A traditional Sardinian liqueur from Tremonti, made by infusing myrtle berries gathered from the island's Mediterranean scrub. The berries macerate in high-quality alcohol for several weeks. It has an intense red colour, with penetrating aromas of forest fruits, aromatic herbs and light spice. The palate is soft but complex, with balanced sweetness and the slight astringency typical of myrtle berries. Serve cold as a digestif or in cocktails.
