Mister Peat is a peated Scotch single malt, which is where its name comes from. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The brand belongs to Fox Fitzgerald Brands, a whisky company started by a group of friends who had worked at the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay.
The nose brings smoke, peat and wood. The palate is fresh, salty and peaty, with spicy and slightly citrus notes, leading to a long, lingering finish.
