Mitchell's Yellow Spot 12 Year Old is an Irish whiskey aged for twelve years in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in three types of cask: ex-bourbon, Spanish sherry and Sicilian Marsala.
The nose offers honey, sweet spice, vanilla and coffee. On the palate come layers of caramel and exotic spice with a light, citrus-like fruitiness, leading to a finish that stays sweet and spicy.
