Moët & Chandon Collection Impériale Création N°1 Champagne Brut Nature

Collection Impériale Création N°1 is a Brut Nature Champagne made by Moët & Chandon to mark the house's 280th anniversary. It follows two decades of research and is a blend of seven harvests, with three different ageing methods used for each vintage. It then spent eight years in the house's cellars. The colour is golden, with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose offers candied citrus, plum and white grape, together with coconut, vanilla and mineral tones. On the palate it is rich, creamy and enveloping. Oysters and scallops are suggested as a pairing, as well as raw fish and langoustines.
