Ice Impérial is a demi-sec Champagne from Moët & Chandon, made to be served over ice in large glasses. It is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, at 12% vol, and suits warm weather or a long brunch as well as cocktails.
The nose shows ripe fruit and floral touches. On the palate it is fruit-forward, with mango and guava balanced by fresh acidity, and it keeps a crisp, lively character when served over ice.
