Molinari Coffee Liqueur (70cl, 32%)

A coffee liqueur at 32% vol, made following a traditional recipe guarded by the Molinari family, who select the coffee beans. It has an intensely dark, almost ebony colour. The nose shows robust fresh coffee notes with hints of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it is rich and creamy, balancing coffee sweetness and bitterness, with a pleasant lingering finish. It suits serving as a digestif, over ice, in cocktails or to flavour desserts.
