Mon Blanc - Les Cretes (12.5%)

A white wine from the Aosta Valley, made by Les Crêtes from a blend of mainly native varieties, which may include Petit Arvine and Prié Blanc. The grapes grow in alpine conditions that give freshness and minerality. It is pale straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, floral accents and a crystalline mineral note. On the palate it is fresh and dynamic, with balanced acidity, a medium-light body and a clean, refreshing finish where mineral and delicate fruity notes combine.
