Mon Blanc

A white wine from Langenlois, Austria, made from organically grown Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Weissburgunder, Gelber Muskateller and Donauriesling. The grapes are hand-picked, gently destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in large wooden vats. The wine then matures for six months in small neutral barrels and is neither fined nor filtered. It is complex yet harmonious, with the dryness and bite of Grüner Veltliner and Weissburgunder alongside exotic notes of apricot, mint and eucalyptus. Serve as an aperitif or with seafood, fish and poultry.
