Monin Violetta Liquore (70cl)

A French liqueur from Monin, capturing the essence of violets in full bloom. Bright violet in colour, it opens on the nose with intense, enveloping notes of fresh flowers, leading to a gently aromatic palate where floral flavour is balanced by light sweetness. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasant freshness. It works in innovative cocktails or served cold as a digestif, and pairs well with gin- or champagne-based drinks.
