Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin (1L)

Monkey 47 is a Schwarzwald Dry Gin built around 47 handpicked botanicals, about a third of them from the Black Forest. Local cranberries are a signature ingredient, alongside exotic Asian botanicals. It is prepared with soft spring water from the distillery's own Black Forest source, then matured in traditional earthenware containers. This is the 1 litre bottle. It works with tonic or in a sling, martini or gimlet. The scent is of pure juniper, with crisp citrus, a sweet floral note and a hint of pepper. Subtle bitter fruit sits within a balanced, complex palate, ending in a racy finish.
