A sloe gin based on Monkey 47, with sloe berries macerated in the gin for several months. The base gin is produced in the Black Forest in Germany. It has a ruby red colour and complex flavours balancing natural fruit sweetness with the traditional gin character. Almond notes from the sloe stones, pine and berry aromas lead to an initially sweet palate, gentle astringency and a long, spicy finish with a soft berry sensation. Serve neat over ice or in cocktails.
