Monsupello Riesling

A white wine made from Riesling, grown on the hills around Lake Garda in Verona. It is vinified with care to preserve delicate floral and fruity notes, with hints of peach, citrus and white flowers. Ageing in stainless steel highlights purity of flavour and crisp acidity. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with an elegant, persistent bouquet. On the palate it balances freshness and structure, with a pleasant mineral note reflecting its origin. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and grilled vegetables.
