A grappa from Montanaro, made from Nebbiolo.
It is clear and bright, with delicate, complex aromas of red fruit, rose and violet, alongside spice and light woody notes from a short passage in small oak barrels. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, beginning slightly sweet, then showing balanced complexity and an elegant, clean finish with red fruit and a delicate spicy note.
It is suited to the end of a meal as a digestif, with dark chocolate, or as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
