Monte Zovo Syrma Veronese Rosato DOC

A rosé from Monte Zovo, made from Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes with a short skin maceration that gives a delicate, bright pink colour. The nose offers fruity aromas of strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, with light floral notes and a hint of sweet spice. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with lively acidity making it fresh, smooth and pleasantly persistent. It pairs with seafood starters, fresh salads, light dishes or as a summer aperitif, served cold.
