This is a joven mezcal from Montelobos, made from the Tobalà agave and sold in a 70cl bottle.
The project is led by Ivan Saldana, who selects only the best Tobalà agave for a mezcal with intense flavours and aromas, where contrasts and harmonies alternate.
It is colourless and clear in the glass. The nose offers aniseed, with hints of brine and smoked meat. The palate is full-bodied, salty and acidic, with lemon peel dominating.
