Montelvini Promosso Millesimato Brut (75cl)

Montelvini Promosso is a Brut sparkling wine from the Veneto, made from carefully selected white grapes. The Serena family began making wine at Venegazzù, in the Montello, in 1968. The wine is vinified as a white and given its bubbles in autoclave, with fermentation started at 16°C. It then rests on its yeasts at 4°C before being filtered and bottled. The nose is fresh and fruity. The palate shows pleasant acidity, a fine, persistent mousse and good body, ending clean. It suits shellfish, light fish and molluscs, or serves as an aperitif.
