Montelvini Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Brut Treviso DOC (75cl)

Montelvini Prosecco Rosé is a Brut sparkling wine from Treviso in the Veneto, blended from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero. The two grapes are harvested and vinified separately, then the base wines are assembled. The second fermentation takes place in tank, with 70 days on the yeasts in total, after which the wine is filtered and bottled. The nose is delicate, with wisteria, white-fleshed fruit and small red fruits such as cherry and redcurrant. On the palate the freshness of the Glera meets the light structure of the Pinot Nero, and the wine finishes creamy and persistent.
