Montelvini Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC (75cl)

Montelvini Prosecco Treviso is a Brut sparkling wine from the Veneto, made from Glera grapes by the Serena family's winery in Venegazzù. The grapes are pressed softly and the must settled cold, then fermented in temperature-controlled steel with selected yeasts. The wine stays on its yeasts for about three months before the second fermentation in autoclave by the Martinotti method, which adds fruity aromas. After bottling it rests for four to six weeks. The taste is well balanced, with acidity underlining a fresh aromatic character. It suits an aperitif or a Spritz, and goes with starters, white meats and fish.
