Montlouis-sur-Loire Nature - François Chidaine

A Chenin Blanc from Montlouis-sur-Loire, made organically and biodynamically, unfiltered and without added sulphites. It shows a pale straw colour with bright reflections. The nose offers citrus, pear, honey and a mineral touch. On the palate it balances lively acidity with a delicate structure, with a notable aromatic persistence and a finish returning to fresh fruit and mineral nuances. Suited to an aperitif, fish, seafood and goat's cheese.
